MORNING RECEIPT

Personal session with the maker

Turn a receipt printer
into a morning ritual.

I built Morning Receipt with a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W and an Epson TM-T88V. It prints a little paper briefing with a personal note. I’m Connor, and I can help you plan your own receipt-printer project.

Ask about a planning session

We’ll confirm your project, a time and the scope by email before I send a PayPal invoice. Hardware costs are separate. There’s no payment on this site.

Leave with a clearer build plan

  • A live demonstration of my working device and a look at how the receipt is prepared.
  • A conversation about your idea, existing equipment and experience.
  • A parts and compatibility checklist focused on the Pi Zero 2 W and Epson TM-T88V.
  • A suggested receipt layout and written next steps, sent within two business days after our call.

The aim is to help you decide what to build and what to buy before you spend money on parts.

Who it’s for

People who enjoy making things with a Raspberry Pi and want to explore a small daily paper ritual, a personal gift, or a creative use for a receipt printer. Tell me what you already own so we can check whether the session fits.

Scope

This is a planning and demonstration session. Software distribution, a finished device, installation, remote access to your computer, account setup and ongoing support are outside this offer. My current Morning Receipt software remains a personal prototype; a public installer is not currently available. A session does not guarantee a completed or compatible build.

I’ll discuss the hardware combination I use. Epson TM-T88V units have different interfaces, so a model name alone is not enough to confirm a purchase. We’ll check the actual ports and power supply before making a parts recommendation.

How to book

  1. Email your idea, hardware, Raspberry Pi experience, timezone and two possible times.
  2. I’ll confirm whether I can help and agree on a time and the scope with you.
  3. I’ll send a $99 USD PayPal invoice. We’ll confirm the booking once payment is received.

Cancellation and delivery

Cancel by email before the session starts for a full refund, or ask to reschedule. If I cannot provide the agreed session or the written checklist, I’ll offer a new date or a full refund. Please join on time; a missed session needs a new time agreed by email. These terms do not limit any rights that apply to you.
